Post-Silicon Characterization Engineers are the primary technical resource and responsible for core level validation/characterization of each new Qorvo’s Power Management products (ICs).
What you’ll be doing:
1. Collaborating with chip Design and Application team to develop test and characterization plan for new ICs.
2. Develop automated testing script for silicon bring up and characterization.
3. Conduct IC characterization, marginal testing against specifications.
4. Collect and analyze characterization data and generate reports.
5. Work closely with chip designers, production test, system HW and SW team to debug any issue during validation/characterization.
