1. Sales Planning:
Regularly report on current business performance compared to the business plan to provide timely advice to BODs on ensuring that business strategies are appropriate and aligned with the market;
Conduct market research to provide appropriate forecasts for business planning;
Build and develop predictive models for business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
Establish KPIs by region/team according to the business strategy.
2. Pricing Management:
Research competitors' pricing and analyze their pricing strategies by region and customer segments;
Propose appropriate pricing for each market and customer segment;
Develop a data model for pricing, simulate discount scenarios, and provide forecasts on their business impact.
3. Optimize AOV (Average order value):
Manage the price approval process, ensuring that approved customers meet their revenue commitments;
Optimize pricing by region and customer segment to enhance competitiveness across different customer groups;
Work with the technology team to improve system processes within the sales module.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 5 years of experience in a related job;
Major: Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related fields;
Experience working with big data (product sales, business forecasting, building business prediction models, etc.) and market research (qualitative, quantitative, etc.);
Proficient in using tools for processing and analyzing big data such as SQL/BigQuery/Looker/Python;
Knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
