Position Title: Process Quality Leader
Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Manager
Location: Duy Tien, Ha Nam
Scope of Position:
• To lead all team of process quality engineers, process quality technician to achieve all set quality targets through the
use of preventive tools, continuous improvement activities and real time problem solving
• To ensure that all products produced satisfy customer requirements by creating, maintaining, implementing and
monitoring product quality plans, inspection plans
• To drive for continue improvement on both process and product quality through the PDCA process
• To implement the quality management systems throughout the managed areas
• To ensure the promotion of customer focus through out the managed areas
• To support and cultivate a culture of First-time quality, Zero Defects and Continuous improvement
Responsibilities
• To ensure manufactured products are consistently meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal
compliance and customer expectations
• Final responsible for planning for team (man power, cost (equipment, travel, etc.), project milestone which aligned with
project timing and project milestone). Effectively delivery the plan to team members
• Approve for quality plans and inspection plan for products manufactured in the managed group.
• Monitor their effectiveness of the control plan and inspection plan to continuously drive for customer satisfaction and
efficiency of the organization
• Build, improving working procedure for team member (within scope of work) including cooperating with the
process/procedure owner to improve the process/procedure
• Perform performance and company value evaluation to each team member including feedback to employee and define
training and development plan to develop them.
• To be responsible for the final evaluation and decision regarding any enquires about inferior product or customer
complaint regarding any of the company’s products or services
• To stop shipment to ensure that non-conforming product do not ship to customer and stop production to correct quality
problems or process that do not conform to requirements
• Effectively implement and ensuring the integrity of related quality processes within the Quality Management system
within the managed areas
• Assure for fulfilment of training for all members within managed areas
• Final responsible for quality performance, report/action plan for managed area. Took appropriate actions to
continuously improve customer satisfaction
