Mô tả công việc
• Execute end to end category sourcing management (NPI, mass production and product management)
• Execute category sourcing strategy. Develop prefer suppliers, strengthen business relationship with key suppliers and business partners
• Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility
• Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance
• Execute business review with key suppliers
• Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues
• Conduct cost & supply performance analysis
• Drive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, lead time, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program
• Responsible for the sampling process and manage the ordering progress from confirmation to shipment with team and provide problem solving wherever necessary
• Work closely and effectively with cross-functional departments (QA/QE, PD, Production, ...)
• Responsible for the quarterly buying activities between buyer and supplier within the negotiation parameters and authorities of approval
• Conduct market research and benchmarking, to develop new business and product categories
• Conduct factory inspections and ensure product quality when required
• Evaluate and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development
• Proactively anticipate issues and provide problem solving wherever necessary
• Other tasks will be assigned by Manager and AGM
