Product Development Engineer - Reliability Test Group
1. Regulation test perform
- Sub-material prepare and control for Reliability test
- Establish reliability test process/ plan and do perform test (yearly/a half year/ monthly)
- Reliability test progress control: Co-work with Manufacturing Quality team, KGP Headquarter EAQT team and outsourcing supplier to define reliability test items, test result
- Quality regular reliability test to perform: Environment, vibration, simulation, Operation endurance tester, …
- Make test trouble report when have issue happen
- Result evaluate and report summary
- Final test report
2. Material test and part test
- Quality regular reliability test to perform: Environment, vibration, simulation, Operation endurance tester, …
- Evaluate test result and report
- Establish reliability test process/ plan (yearly/a half year/ monthly)
- Control test result and corrective action
3. DV / ESIR Test & ISIR test
- Quality regular reliability test perform: Environment, vibration, simulation,…
- Evaluate test result and report
- Establish reliability test process/ plan (base on KGP new development project)
- Control test result and corrective action
