+ Research (50%)
- Collect and research company products.
- Generate ideas to convert technical details and features into user benefits.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify competitors and their positions.
- Be an expert on customers: who they are, how they buy products, their purchasing criteria, and how to appropriately reach and influence them.
+ Marketing Development (30%)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies to support product pricing, positioning, target segmentation, and increase sales.
- Work with different teams (product, marketing, sales) to execute these campaigns in Amazon/ Alibaba and other B2B platforms with service outsourcing
- Implement marketing campaigns and track their progress using KPIs and feedback from current and potential customers.
- Report on the performance of implemented campaigns.
+ Product Development (20%)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan product production.
- Report necessary changes to support retaining current customers and attracting new ones.
- Work with the Leadership Team to build a product roadmap and optimize features to provide a better user experience.
