Product Owner For Loyalty Program

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market needs, with a strong emphasis on data sensitivity and security.
Product Development:
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and data security considerations.
Work closely with designers and developers to ensure the product meets high standards of quality, usability, and data protection.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are clearly understood by the development team.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, with a focus on data-sensitive environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Management:
Vision and Strategy:
Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with the overall product vision and data governance policies.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track.
Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops to ensure alignment and transparency.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Business Analysis:
Ensure all product development activities comply with data protection regulations and company-wide governance policies.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and audit data usage to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product iterations.
Collaborate with data security teams to implement best practices for data handling and protection.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Present regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-sensitive or tech-driven environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices for data governance.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
