JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals:
Brand Growth
- Manage and cultivate the community, fostering positive engagement and growth.
- Create, implement, and moderate community-building programs across social media including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand presence, and accelerate product adoption.
- Manage relationships and maintain regular communication with partners.
Create and execute performance campaigns with a focus on ROI.
Project Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and timely completion of marketing projects.
- Evaluate completed projects and share key learnings for continuous improvement.
People Development
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with HRBP and management to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
