Production Engineer

Department: Production Engineering
Reports To: PE Manager
We need to recruit the following positions:
1. BOM/Drawing Management Engineer
2. Production Electrical Engineer
3. Electrical Part Engineer
4. Packaging Engineer
5. Metal Part Engineer
Essential functions and key responsibilities are
:
1.BOM/Drawing Management Engineer
● Manage the BOM/Drawing of all sewing machine models.
● Updating, checking and confirming to release the BOM, Drawing and Operation Manual.
● Prepare and update QC sheets, manuals, check sheets for manufacturing section
● Manage and maintain the accuracy of the BOM contents, drawings and operating instructions - no affect production.
● Evaluates the component quality and supplier performance.
● Timely update the changes in design, BOM, drawings and inform all teams.
● Responsible for managing the BOM/Drawing management procedure of the technical team.
● Support for production in terms of job request.
● Periodically report to the supervisor and technical leader.
● Perform other tasks as assigned.
2.Production Electrical Engineer
• Own & drive pre-production and production phase to ensure product meets requirements.
• Support prototyping phase to ensure product meets requirements.
• Study assembly methods and calculate cutting time for products.
• Investigate root cause, take countermeasures and improvement for reduction defects.
• Resolve problems using solutions that involve new techniques and technologies.
• Searching, selection and execution to invest machines, equipment, tooling, sub materials for manufacturing, Prepare necessary items for implemental new products.
• Improve process for ensuring capacity and reducing cost.
• Prepare and update QC sheets, manuals, check sheets for manufacturing section
• Evaluates and resolves production issues, technical feasibility and design optimization.
• Evaluates the electrical component quality and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to fix and improve product quality.
• Support for production in terms of job requests.
• Observe safety and housekeeping at workstation.
• Technical detail report making and periodically report to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• 3.Electrical Part Engineer
• Electrical/Electronic new part development control.
• DFM checking and confirming with R&D team.
• New product regulatory requirements control experience is an advantage.
• Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA, Control plan and TCM).
• Responsible for quality, yield, cost, and cycle time improvement.
• Evaluates the component quality and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with R&D team to lead the prototyping phase to ensure the product meets requirements.
• Evaluates and resolves production issues, technical feasibility, and design optimization.
• Coordinate with the leader of all teams to lead the product quality improvement.
• Support for production in terms of job requests.
• Own & drive pre-production and production phase to ensure product meets requirements.
• Improve process for ensuring capacity and reducing cost.
• Technical detail report making and periodically report to the PE leader.
Perform other tasks as assigned
4.Packaging Engineer
● Carton/Styrofoam new part development control.
● DFM checking and confirming with R&D team.
● New product regulatory requirements control experience is an advantage.
● Ensure conformance to the quality system requirement (FMEA, Control plan and TCM).
● Responsible for quality, yield, cost, and cycle time improvement.
● Evaluates the component quality and supplier performance.
● Coordinate with R&D team to lead the prototyping phase to ensure the product meets requirements.
● Evaluates and resolves production issues, technical feasibility, and design optimization.
● Coordinate with the leader of all teams to lead the product quality improvement.
● Support for production in terms of job requests.

5. Metal Part Engineer
● Metal new part development control.

● Evaluates the component quality and supplier performance.
