Production Leader (Welding & Painting)/ Quản Lý Sản Xuất ( Xưởng Hàn & Sơn)

1. Effectively lead the structure and painting teams in a manner to achieve maximum production and operating efficiencies.
2. Improve plant performance to maximum levels of safety, environmental impact, quality, service and efficiency.
3. Responsible for the structure and painting team's performance and is accountable for maintaining the applicable standards in the plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This section contains a list of 5 to 8 primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
Production Leader
• Make plan for all orders
• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations
• Ensure all products are on time, meet the quality standard
• Ensure there are sufficient resources including labor and machinery for production. Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered for each job
• Ensure the productivity and efficiency of operators
• Responsible for all Non-conformity products during the period of structure and paiting
• Knowledge about Lean Sig sixma and professional in apply lean in production (plus)
• Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the higher manager. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by higher manager
