Production Manager

Our customer, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components (e.g. sealing and sensors, etc.) for over 100 years. As a globally active product and materials specialist, we are serving customers - particularly in Europe, the USA, and Asia. We develop and manufacture customized and innovative product solutions together with our customers.
Founded in 2023 and fully owned by the Group, a Sealing production plant was strategically located at the Ho Nai Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, in Vietnam. With its expertise in injection moulding technology, APVN Sealing embodies a passion for precision and a commitment to quality, values that are integral to the Group.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team in Vietnam.
YOUR MISSION
• Manage the production departments in line with the goals and strategies determined by the Company's Senior Management.
• Monitor the efficiency and continuous improvement within production departments with detailed KPI indicators.
• Ensure all department studies and documentation are carried out in a customer-oriented manner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that the production program of the rubber press workshop is carried out in accordance with the plan created by the Planning unit.
• To ensure that machine and mold management activities are carried out.
• To ensure the creation of machine-operator matrices
• To follow the technological developments that will increase production efficiency, to make suggestions to the senior management about investment when necessary.
• To ensure that all employees reporting to it work in accordance with the Procedure, Instruction, Production Control Plan and other documents.
• Acting in accordance with IFS procedures and instructions in all activities related to information systems processes
• To encourage participation in lean studies, continuous improvement and reduction of scrap rates and the suggestion system.
• To determine the training needs of the employees in their own management, to provide Quality Management and Human Resources departments with the necessary organization.
• Acting according to the principle of "need-to-know" and the principle of "clean screen, clean table"

You are working in our factory in Ho Nai 3 Industrial Zone (with daily transfer from/to Ho Chi Minh City).
