Giving information concerning expected changes in delivery deadlines
Determining and confirming delivery deadlines to customers.
Creating production orders for finished products and sub-products.
Making required changes in the production plan
Creating/Printing Production work order.
Creating outsourcing plans for semi-products and production orders & following up.
Creating production plans for all groups which efficiently use available production resources.
Checking & following up production status of the production order on Symphony.
Responsible for all activities related to air/sea shipment including making a packing list on ERP, container volumes, printing the product labels, supervising the loading container team.. etc.
Controlling outsourcing contracts & managing all aspects related to outsourcing suppliers.
Controlling the status of realization of production orders.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Basic understanding of ISO systems
University Degree, Technical major or related field.
English at intermediate level or equal.
Know about the Quality & Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)
At least 3 year of working experience in planning work
Strong use of Microsoft Office.
Understanding of management systems and production support
Accurate, careful, hard-working
