Production Planning Control Team Leader

I. Purpose of Job:
- The team leader will manage Adidas orders to ensure on time delivery and meet Availability Delivery KPI
- Collaborate with Merchandising team, Material team, Production team as well as other functional team to proactively follow up order to ensure company goals are achieved.
II. Key accountabilities:
- Build and maintain close working relationship with material team, accessories team to ensure material supplying to production team with sufficient Leadtime.
- Follow shipment status and update PPD timely to avoid PCNS, data accuracy.
- Ensure that bulk order delivery meet customer availability KPI (MDP/SDP). Oversee day to day delivery and proactively identify and address potential problems to production team. Escalate to management as appropriate.
- Monitoring short ship, partial, customer request Early/Hold status. Work with LO for validation & communicate with LO via GTS/WFM system.
- Make delay summary report and update to China server.
- Evaluate job performance of team member on a regular basis and actively coach/develop to build their skills and capabilities.
- Internal, External transfer order execution, inform production, material team for transfer process.
- Handle CIQ testing, CMA test and inform production submit timely, Follow up customer feedback, deal with quality team, production team if any testing issue.
- Other task are assigned by direct manager.

1. Job Qualification
- At least 04 years experience of related work experience in the apparel industry with technical capacity and managerial experience.
2. Education background
- University degree with similar major
3.Computing skill:
Familiar with Office 365 software
4. Language skill:
Fluent in English both written and verbal
