Production Supervisor (Long Thanh IZ)

Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting Manager to collect and analyze key data, follow office projects, control and manage production office staffs working process. This one is also responsible for joining in the involved meeting and make summary all information to remind production leaders to do and make production manpower plan.
1. Controlling and updating production manpower: Update manpower, Compare current manpower with target
2. Responsible for weekly production machine plan summary: Make balance machine plan assign to Project leaders be PIC to follow Items base on PPIC weekly plan
3. Following and controlling top issue in Production: Check yesterday's OEE result, mark top issue of downtime, defect and share for Project Leaders; Analyze Top downtime and Defect; Work with Project leaders to get the reason and the way to improve to follow
4. Collecting and following status of CI, PDCA, ZERO Waste Project
5. Following up cycle time for needed items; the machine plan from project leaders.
6. Updating and balancing Production Job Description
7. Checking Operator Evaluation result
8. Responsible for checking the current process SOP; the result of internal production project and all office tasks; replacement in break time plan and actual; Check input/ output materials record with Raw material warehouse, Sharkskin, ACS film with post process team; Monthly report submit Accounting; Replacement in Break Plan with Shift leader; ISO system; Hydra process; Zero waste report; SMP; MQAA support to manager, HIGG FEM, Audit,…
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
