Mô tả công việc

Overview:
- The role involves coordinating and managing design tasks for the Design Department, including consultants and stakeholder management.
- Conducting and analyzing design quality, functionality, engineering, statutory considerations, constructability and deliverable completeness. It also includes internal design studies, research, commercial and legal analysis.
- The role oversees low rises and hi rises, urban planning and landscaping.
Main Responsibility:
1. Design Process Management:
- Define timeframes, aspirations and documentations requirements with consultants
- Guide projects from design vision to tender documentation, support throughout construction
- Asses design changes and recommend actions
- Prepare project reviews for compliance with objectives, costs, efficiency, user experience and aesthetics
- Provide commentary on design deliverables for executive presentations
- Conduct technical reviews on design criteria, performance, engineering coordination, and statutory issues
- Support marketing collateral for project launches
2. Project Schedule, Reporting, Coordination:
- Elaborate and make approval of the project schedule and milestones, in coordination with other departments
- Create roadmap for weekly project progress
- Prepare progress reports for executive review
3. Request for Proposal:
- RFP to be prepared by shortlisting competent and appropriate consultants, with budget approval of the services, schedules and organization of the work
- RFP to be inclusive with the necessary information from the Project Development Brief and the design requirements or suggestions taken from the Design Brief
4. Design Brief and Assessment:
- Creating a detailed design brief, incorporating product objectives, social- cultural-economics and commercial information, project and context description, all relevant background information and related documents, and defining the key design objectives and technical criteria.
- Assessment of lands and plots, including physical characteristics, location and context, visibility, access, circulation, etc.
- In coordination with the Project Management Department, list a set of detailed infrastructure, engineering, delivery or statutory considerations to be included in the design brief.
5. Research and Development:
- Conduct research on urban and product design (smart technologies, mobility, sustainability, amenities)
- Develop and refine departmental systems (guidelines, templates)
- Support on development briefs, budgets, and cost analysis
6. Support the Definition of Development Briefs and Budgets:
- Assist on various aspects of the development brief documents, including project positioning, development statistics targets, and project programme
- Support in information of design, infrastructure, engineering and key topics and consideration that have impact on the development strategy
- Support the commercial department for cost benchmarks to ensure suitability of targets
