Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Analyze risks and opportunities
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Help prepare proposal and analysis of project information
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Oversee project procurement management
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate paperwork
Work with the Business development manager and Project manager to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Requirement
At least from 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related Interior or Construction field is required for this position.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture, project management or equivalent.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Hands-on experience with project management tools
