Project Manager

o Manage project to comply with all the Contractual Requirement at each stage of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Performance test and Warranty including administrative and management activities. Throughout this activity, adherence to, but not limited to, compliance with scope of work, cost control between budget and actual cost, quality assurance and quality control, schedule & risk control, safety, documentation (Progress Report, Application of Permit & Report to the Government & Local Authorities and the related parties are also required).
o Coordinate with the Customer, Subcontractor, Vendor, the Government & Local Authorities and the related parties for the due implementation of the project.
o To predict and/or find out the action needed and problems by himself and create the plan and implement countermeasures autonomously. To manage the project staff and keep the good relationship with them for smooth project execution.
o Upon the inconvenience, if any, manage/control the corrective action and preventive action. In case of the claim by the Customer or the related organization, the faithful treatment to fix the problem, rectification, comprehensive deployment and creation of the measures for prevent of recurrence.
o To do the endeavor to achieve the Customer’s Satisfaction.
o Willingness to work at site partially or wholly to manage the Construction together with the Construction Manager, if required.
o To do other assignment required by higher Managers.
