Mô tả công việc

Project Management
: #Oversee and manage projects related to our barbershop and wellness centers, product development, IT systems, and construction, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans aligned with Barbaard's high standards, set milestones, and monitor progress.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and luxury hotel partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct regular follow-ups to track deliverables and maintain a proactive approach to project management.
Organization & Time Management:
Prioritize tasks based on business needs and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Implement efficient time management practices to juggle multiple ongoing projects.
Conduct research to support decision-making on business strategies and personal projects.
Identify and address potential project risks with effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project flow.
Assist with administrative tasks and manage personal requests, contributing to the smooth operation of Barbaard's day-to-day activities.
Assistant Duties:
Handle ad hoc requests with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Salary: 25-28M based on experience plus 13th month salary.
20 days of paid leave.
Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the lifestyle, hospitality, or wellness industries.
At least 03 years working experience at the relevant position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and a proactive approach to follow-up and execution.
Capable of working independently and demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
