Project Manager (Operations Department)

Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact with clients, conducting thorough needs assessments and clarifying project scope.
Build and lead a skilled team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.
Develop and deliver detailed project proposals and quotations.
Manage project lifecycle, providing ongoing support to the project team and resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely renewal.
Report regularly to the Operations Manager on project progress and achievements
Location:
Anna Building, Quang Trung Software Park, District 12.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:50 PM).

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Project management, team leadership, proficiency in MS Office
At least 2 years of experience in BPO/service industry.
Good English skills (Knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
