Project Operation Manager

• Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee to control and support daily operation to make sure all tasks are performed well.
• Have an observant eye to promptly detect what needs to be fixed or upgraded for the estate.
• Build task list system in daily, weekly monthly to follow up and keep track for the estate operation.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing department to promptly grasp the booking situation to prepare thoughtful service for each customer.
• Can do attitude to meet customer requirements in difficult situations.
• Listen and promptly handle customer complaints with a proactive spirit.
• Monitor customer reviews on media channels, coordinate with sales and marketing departments to process and respond promptly.
• Responsible for recruitment whereas requires, managing personnel to bring maximum efficiency to the estate.
• Timely planning training for employees to supplement missing skills or improve existing skills.
• Know how to manage costs and revenue to arrange work to optimize benefit of the estate.
