1. Job Description
• Find opportunities and build credibility with customers, and increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area.
• Establish relationships and understand customer business to provide the appropriate product, systems, and solutions for customers.
• Achieve sales targets by developing and managing sales plans for specific products, services, or solutions using a disciplined sales process.
• Provide regular status updates to sales management tool, including forecast and pipeline summaries.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, Yokogawa support team members, and other business units to ensure clear and efficient communication.
• Frequent travel is required
• Quotation / tender preparation for new system sales enquiries, including:
- Development of “pitch” and presentation for quotation / tender
- Opportunity evaluation, prioritisation and identification of both commercial and technical risk
- Concept development of solution together with pre-project team
- Co-ordination and team leadership of all activities required to compile quotation / tender document including final editing of customer proposal document.
- Customer meetings to identify needs and evaluation of possible solutions
- Customer meetings / presentations to review quotation / tender
