We are looking for the great candidates for role of Proposal Specialist ‐ a member of Proposal Team based in Ho Chi Minh City office, with following:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expertise in the wide range of CST’s products: tanks, roofs, accessories, etc. to consult Regional Sales
Manager to have a solution meeting customer request.
- Review Tender documents or requests to prepare quotation, design calculations and other relevant
documents for Tender submission on time.
- Collaborating with other internal divisions and external suppliers to collect documents/ information/
drawings/ updated costing for proposal.
- Prepare reports of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate – CST systems.
- Coordinate with related departments to keep updating CST systems of Salesforce, VBM, Stage Gate.
- Continuously streamline the workflow to have the best result/ practices.
- Support project management team during post order stage if needed.
- Handle administrative tasks and procurement for the office.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
