Purchasing Senior Staff

- Finding, evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria.
- Receiving and processing purchasing requests from departments
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best deal on behalf of the company
- Monitor and follow up delivery plan to full-fill requirements from departments
- Periodically audit specific suppliers to ensure the compliance to Hino’s standard
- Periodically review the pricing list and negotiate with suppliers, if require to ensure the efficiently cost management.
- Processing the payment for completed orders
- Other jobs as requested by Managers.
