QA Senior Officer – Control Quality & Sustainability

About this role
This position plays a role in Quality assurance in our factories in Crystal International Group – are located in Hai Duong, Bac Giang, Ha Noi, Phu Tho province or other places.
This role will ensure effective quality management system meeting customer and Crystal requirements & facilitate the implementation of QA project in the group and factories.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct garment inspection and quality system audit related to QMS / process / technique / 6S / product safety, mold prevention etc
- Collect quality data (CFIR, quality claim, quality cost, customer complaint, customer scorecard, quality award, etc.) and analyze the quality performance of all factories, consolidate and make summary and relevant QA reports to share with the top management
- Monitor & follow up factory CAP and execution effectiveness, provide improvement suggestions to factory
- Support the team to guide factory to promote the right first time culture
- Design & make promotion material such as video, poster, slogan, etc.
- Raise the related risks / concern through audit / visit to help factory to improve
- Support the team / factory on quality projects
- Provide factory training on inspection skills / quality awareness, etc.
