QA Staff/ Nhân Viên QA (Senior)

Quality Assurance Planning:
Implement quality assurance plans and procedures to meet company and industry standards.
Process Monitoring:
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues.
Product Inspection:
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present quality reports to management. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor process capability.
Problem Solving:
Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Auditing:
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.

Work Location: Lot N, Loc An Industrial Park, Binh Son, Long Thanh, Dong Nai.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or related field.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement techniques.
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing quality control. Exposure to printing/food/packaging production is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Good attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, quality control methodologies and tools.
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with metal printing & packaging quality standards (a plus).
