QAQC Manager (30 - 50 Million VND)

Work location:
Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc.
• Daily shuttle service from Hanoi is provided.
Main Purpose:
• Develop and quality control procedure of QA department. Evaluated status at factory and advise for departmens to buid up procedure of HACCP/ quality system.
• Establish and maintain inspection and supervision measures to ensure quality in product operations, from material input to product output
Main Responsibilities:
1. Yearly plan of the department headcounts, operational expenses, quality target
Make Plan for HACCP:
- Meeting with consulting and evaluation HACCP organization
- Take lead to make master plan for HACCP of departments (QAQC, Production, SCM...)
2. Review and finalize the control quality system in production, suppliers
Evaluate HACCP performance
3. Review supplier and OEM audit plans and results.
4. Review product testing plans
Look for corrective action if results are unsatisfactory
5. Develop and improve the product quality more and more (compare with competitor: safety, shelf life of product longer, stable,...)
6. Review all changes to standards/regulations and decide when to apply
7. Develop and quality control procedure of QA department
Evaluated status at factory and advise for departmens to buid up procedure of HACCP
Mornitor and evaluate the system construction process of departmens
8. Review training plans and training content
Manage, develop, motivate staff to achieve objective of department
