Leverage your extensive knowledge of the banking sector to ensure that all testing processes and outcomes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage and risk mitigation.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients, to report on test progress, issues, and outcomes.
Oversee and participate in the execution of test cases, ensuring that all software components are rigorously tested for functionality, performance, security, and compliance.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence within the QC team.
Ensure that all testing artifacts, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports, are accurately documented and maintained.
Lead defect triage meetings, prioritize issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects
Ensure all testing activities adhere to banking regulations and compliance standards, mitigating risks associated with software deployment.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 5 years of experience in QC Manual
Proficient in testing methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in manual testing.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team for Leader position, strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Understanding of the banking industry, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
English: Good communication.
