Quality Management and Coordination

- Work together with the Testing and Validation Manager, Vehicle Quality Validation experts, and Function Owner to systematically capture the status of the testing activities of all attributes.
- Analyze the overall situation regarding performance deviations for any of the attributes and align accordingly.
- Analyze the timing situation of the validation plan, identifying risks prior to the test start (vehicle readiness, logistics) or during the test performance (vehicle issues, particular situations with external testing suppliers, limitations with internal testing).
- Create a consolidated weekly status for the program, with a clear statement about risks, valid for decision-making during all gate discussions.
