Quality Manager

Our customer, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components (e.g. sealing and sensors, etc.) for over 100 years. As a globally active product and materials specialist, we are serving customers - particularly in Europe, the USA, and Asia. We develop and manufacture customized and innovative product solutions together with our customers.
Founded in 2023 and fully owned by the Group, a Sealing production plant was strategically located at the Ho Nai Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, in Vietnam. With its expertise in injection moulding technology, APVN Sealing embodies a passion for precision and a commitment to quality, values that are integral to the Group.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team in Vietnam.
YOUR MISSION
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
• To ensure that the Quality Management System meets the requirements of the current standards, based on Quality Policies, Quality Manuals, Quality Management System establishment, implementation, training, performance evaluation, improvement, reporting and presentation
• To ensure that customer orientation is supported throughout the organization
• To ensure that the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained when changes to the Quality Management System are planned and implemented.
PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT
• To liaise with the Technical Director in any product quality management aspects
• To ensure that Introduction Quality, Process Control, Chemistry Laboratory controls, and Final controls are conducted in accordance with customer technical drawings, specifications, and requests.
• To make decisions in the final control processes and product quality based on defined customer specifications, consult the Engineering Manager regarding functionality at the place of use.
• To ensure that quality results are analyzed by statistical methods and communicated to the relevant units. To provide information on the subject to the Board of Management.
PRODUCTION OPERATION EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT
• To liaise with the Technical Director/Production Manager to monitor the efficiency and continuous improvement activities of the production departments
• To ensure that production machines and tools (e.g., molds) are under good management
• To participate in continuous improvement and reduction of scrap rates.
• To ensure that the production outputs meet the determined quality standard in accordance with the plan.
• Acting according to the principle of "need-to-know" and the principle of "clean screen, clean table".

You are working in our factory in Ho Nai 3 Industrial Zone (with daily transfer from/to Ho Chi Minh City).
