Bring your experience in quality assurance and distribution to the table, join an emerging dynamic global team in the LEGO world and play key role in safeguarding premium quality of the LEGO products within global distribution.
Core responsibilities:
- Represent quality in projects within the global LEGO distribution chain, support identification and mitigation of risks and secure that relevant quality requirements are deployed, understood, and implemented.
- Act as a contact point between the LEGO quality and distribution area within assigned region to ensure that distribution entities do comply with LEGO quality and product safety requirements.
- Conduct on-boarding assessments and audits of potential and existing providers of distribution services. Identify gaps, non-conformities and risks in their processes and quality systems and secure proper follow-up until closure.
- Identify and measure key processes in the distribution area, analyses quality performance data, secure adequate reaction on the results and trends and support root cause analysis and verification of corrective action.
- Secure quality requirements, processes and other documentation is up-to date and deployed to the relevant areas.
- Act as a point of entry to secure bi-directional communication, escalation, and implementation of initiatives between distribution area and quality organization.
- Collaborate closely with other LEGO departments and service providers on development of relevant quality requirements and on raising the quality standards higher by sharing best practices and ways of working.
- Support efficient containment and resolution of critical quality incidents overreaching into the distribution area.
