Mô tả công việc

Key Account Management & New business
Responsible for developing, implementing and leading an effective sales strategy in the north.
Grow volume in new and existing accounts in Hanoi and wider provinces.
Key focus on 5 stars hotel sector, cocktail bars and other super premium accounts. Must be responsible for handling direct procurement and contract negotiation as well as daily account management.
Ensure customer service and key account management is upheld at the highest level.
Responsible for achieving revenue target for your team on monthly basis.
Ensure execution/ performance/ compliance/ investment in existing contracts.
Directly implement the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, in line with company requirements.
Expected to maintain a regular new business target list, opening a minimum of 5 new accounts across the region a month.
Proactively and effectively work with CS teams to manage logistics of deliveries and to forecast required volumes.
Internal Reporting and Team Management.
Maintain working relationship with key stakeholders, South on trade team, Regional Sales team, traditional trade (wholesale team), Events & Marketing team, Customer service team, accounting team.
Complete the Ad hoc required from management.
Responsible for leading and developing the team in Hanoi, directly reporting to the National sales and marketing director.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities).
Manage sales forecast to make sure no stock outage or over stock.
Make reports (Monthly brands performance, Universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customers’ issue, etc.) to National Sales and Marketing Director. Ensuring you are constantly aware of your market.
Be Responsible for managing trade budget for the region.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Have strong negotiation experience is essential when dealing with customers. As well as an ability to problem solve and manage difficult situations.
Have Graduate university degree
Experience selling Super & Ultra-Premium wines / spirits
Have 4+ years of experience leading an ON-Trade sales team in the wine/spirits/ FMCG industry.
Experienced in dealing with 5stars Hotels and Premium cocktail bars
Proven experience in event organization (dinner, tasting, masterclass, principal market visit...)
Be Dynamic, self-motivated leader with proven track record in developing team capabilities.
Have wholesale distributor relationships.
Proven success in achieving business revenue and brand objectives.
Good planning, team management skills.
English Fluency
Enthusiast, passionate, creative, willing to learn and likes a challenge.
Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, and travel when required.
Proven experience working with a local team.
