Manage global famous Japanese noodle restaurant
Responsible for service team and run the service operation at IPPUDO's standard
Train and motivate the Service team, create and implement the manual, and communicate closely with the Restaurant Manager
Maximize the operating profit of the restaurant by optimizing the sales and customer satisfaction
Maximize the operating profit of the restaurant, especially drink cost, stock management, avoiding wastage, damaged goods and cancel drink
Build up the good relationship with customers and related departments
WORKING HOURS
10:00 – 21:30 or 11:00 – 22:30, Flex
1 days off per week

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
At least 5 years experience as service team or kitchen team and 2 years management experience in Food & Beverage field (Hotel/ Restaurant/ Fast food chain), high service quality.
Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility and willing to work under high pressure
Have skills and experience in training and coaching staff
Have basic customer service skills as Restaurant manager
Have leadership skills and team management skills
Understanding ABC analysis, COGS management
Able to communicate in English and better to speak Japanese
Understand Japanese culture
