Established in 1995, Apollo English is a pioneer, and was the first 100% foreign-owned Education and Training English Center in Vietnam. At Apollo, we believe learning has the power to change lives. Our vision is to be an expert in educating young learners to become global citizens and to foster prosperity. We are looking for a Center Manager (CM) who will share with us passion in education and continuous improvement. The CM will be the captain of the team, representing the Apollo leadership team at the center and leading the center's growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage revenue generation & center operations
- Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities
- Responsible for the revenue result of the center, including activities to attract new customers and renew current customers.
- Address any issues that may arise in relation to students, ensuring their timely resolution and that the appropriate action is taken
2. Customer Experiences Management : Supervise all operations in the center to provide the best experiences for customers.
3. Ensure business efficiency by optimizing the center's operational efficiency
4. People management
- Continuous training and development of staff members
- Manage the Center’s operational compliance with policies, procedures, rules and regulations
