The Coach is a leading e-learning platform that provides high-quality educational content to students of all ages. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Material Developer ( R&D Specialist) to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing student learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Research:
Conduct research to further understand learner’s needs.
Analyze similar educational solutions on the market to identify best practices and areas for innovation.
Material Development:
Design and develop high-quality learning materials that cater to students' needs.
Ensure that materials align with the company's teaching objectives and educational standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective content.
Quality Control:
Implement rigorous QC processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning materials.
Ensure materials are error-free and meet the highest quality standards.
Implementation:
Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to material implementation.
Integrate learning materials into our teaching app, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for students.
Monitor the performance and usability of materials within the app.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously update and enhance learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Gather and analyze feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about new educational tools and techniques to incorporate into our materials.

Salary and Bonuses:
Monthly salary: 12,000,000 VND - 18,000,000 VND
depending on experience.
