As we are expanding into Vietnam, we are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our fast-growing team as Real Estate Ambassadors. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, rent and manage their properties while contributing to the continued success of Druce & Co.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients' interests.
- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Working days: Monday - Friday (9AM-6PM) and Saturday morning (9AM_1PM)
