We seek a dedicated talent for this 8-month contract position on behalf of our client, which is a Japanese corporation. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Answer telephones and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
- Greet and direct visitors to the company.
- Provide callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, website, etc.
- Assist with clerical duties like photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Administrate and organize company engagement activities.
- Support new staff onboarding activities.
- Manage fixed assets in the Hanoi office, including planning for repair and changes.
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
- Arrange and provide transportation services for employees' business trips and workshops.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- Keep track of employee attendance and absences monthly.
- Support EB and HR activities.
- Collect documents and invoices for monthly payment expenses.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as requested by the HR Manager.
