1. Search & Client Management
- Responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
- Promote and build awareness of Navigos Search's capabilities to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop loyal business relationships with clients.
- Screen and interview candidates according to company standards.
- Work with client companies to understand their business, culture, and recruitment needs.
- Organize interviews for candidates as requested by clients.
- Attract quality candidates through job descriptions, screening, networking, and referrals.
- Provide advice on salary, training, and career progression to clients and candidates.
- Ensure efficient recruitment speed and results for assigned vacancies.
- Review recruitment policies for effectiveness.
- Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager/director.
2. Business Development & Strategies
- Align company and team business strategies for growth.
- Actively market Navigos Search and services to clients and candidates.
- Cooperate with other managers to meet company objectives and maintain client relationships.
