WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building strong relationships with clients and placing successful hires. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and contributing to the growth of both candidates and our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
• Take detailed job briefs from clients, understanding the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary expectations.
• Negotiate terms of business and recruitment fees with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the recruitment process and candidate feedback.
Candidate Management:
• Source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within your specialist sector.
• Manage the interview process, coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide constructive feedback to candidates and manage their expectations.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the placement process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, building rapport and providing career advice.
Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize our internal database and recruitment software to track candidate and client information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Business Development (Depending on the role level):
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
