1. RECRUITMENT:
- Overall facilitate recruitment for LX Pantos in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and other locations, back up for Hai Phong when needed
- Develop active recruitment methods with social networks, headhunting...
- Develop talent pools and networks, maintain active relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are properly informed about recruitment targets, challenges and needs for best coordination.
- Negotiate the starting salary for newcomers
- Follow-up recruitment process (both with external and internal candidates), pro-actively implement suitable solutions to reach targets.
- Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
- Master the GSI; GHR system to adapt the Pantos's operation requirements: update and adjust staff's information on HR VNR, GSI, GHR systems
2. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop and update an in-house training system include "On board training"; "Technical training";
" Talented identity and development"; ....
- Organize & in charge induction monthly (HR policy) for newcomers, ensure best conditions for their integration.
- Identify, design, deliver and administer the organization's training program in accordance with the organization's training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resource needs of the business while ensuring optimum cost.
- Continuously benchmark with other service providers in the industry to upgrade service quality by providing effective training.
- Follow up with Operation team to ensure new people are smoothly integrated into team, trained on the job and sent for re-train and on-going training.
- Evaluate training and development programs; Making proposal for Yearly training plan based on Organization 's requirements.
3. OTHER HR MANAGEMENT:
- Employer branding: Manage & create contend in company fan page, ensure that contents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, advertising articles…) or Company activities are produced with highest quality…
- Update the Government regulations as well as in line with the requirements from HQ or Region
- Conduct exit interview with leaving staffs to identify the root reason of leaving Pantos as well as to promote a respect and responsibility culture at the last working day and after.
- Support Trade Union works
