YOUR MISSION:
As an Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations and sales performance, ensuring the highest level of operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will manage and develop a team of store employees, oversee stores’ inventory management and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Operations Management:
• Oversee the performance and daily stores’ operations
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies and plans to address any performance gap
• Maintain standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation, ensuring a premium shopping experience for our customers
• Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards, including effective product displays and signage
• Enforce strict compliance with company policies, procedures and food safety regulations
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance, identify training needs, and provide feedback to store teams
Sales Management:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Drive sales performance through effective promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
• Coach and mentor Store Managers to maximize their sales potential and leadership capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and procurement, to drive business initiatives such as to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
Team Development:
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of store managers and associates
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recognize outstanding achievements
Business Development:
• Identify and evaluate potential new store locations based on market analysis and demographic data
• Participate in the planning and execution of new store openings, ensuring a smooth and successful launch
• Build and maintain strong relationship with community partners and key stakeholders
