Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Chain Supervisor & Development Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores and lead the expansion of our retail chain. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive sales performance, and manage the development of new retail locations from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
Operational Efficiency: Ensure stores adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, store layout optimization, and merchandising strategies.
Staff Leadership: Supervise and support store managers and their teams, ensuring high performance through regular evaluations, feedback, and ongoing development.
Sales and Financial Oversight: Set sales targets, analyze performance data, and manage budgets to maximize profitability and cost-efficiency.
Customer Experience: Maintain excellent customer service standards across all stores, address escalated issues, and implement customer service training programs.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards, conducting regular audits and implementing loss prevention strategies.
Retail Chain Development:
Strategic Expansion Planning: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of store expansion initiatives, identifying new markets and locations.
Site Selection and Acquisition: Conduct market research, negotiate leases, and secure prime locations for new stores.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets for store development projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
Collaboration: Work with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align development plans with broader business objectives, ensuring new stores meet brand and operational standards.
Project Management: Oversee construction and setup of new stores, coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all new developments comply with local regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Track the performance of new stores and make recommendations for improvements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of store development initiatives.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel between store locations is required (Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc)

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple store locations.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in data analysis, retail management software, and the Microsoft Office suite.
