Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare sketches and detailed drawings using computer-aided design tools, integrating structural, mechanical, and artistic elements.
• Collaboratively develop architectural designs with nominated team, project owner and stakeholders.
• Prepare submission drawings and documents to relevant Statutory Authorities.
• Prepare contract drawings and documents, including specifications.
• Monitor building works on site to ensure construction adheres to design intent.
• Contribute to and foster positive and effective communication within the Hanoi team and across PTW practices.
