Sale & Marketing Assistant To CEO

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and General Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong background in digital marketing who can be Marketing Manager in the next 3 - 5 years. This role requires a self-driven individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English. The position offers a competitive and negotiable salary.
Responsibilities:
Follow up clients and prepare of sales-related documents, such as quotations, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and contracts
Prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for CEO
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external service providers, departments, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on assigned tasks.
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities such as content writing, managing company website, social channels and other digital platforms.
Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Plenty of bonuses such as mid-year bonus, year-end bonus (at least 13th month bonus), a lot of allowances or gifts on special occasions such as birthday, wedding, sickness, mid-autumn festival, Lunar New Year, Children days, woman’s day, etc.
Competitive salary (review once per year)
Full paid 22 leave days (12 days annual leaves, 9 days national occasions leaves) and other paid leave days according to Vietnam labor law (married, family death leaves, etc)

27-35 years old.
At least 2 years experience in online Marketing.
