As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 900% in just under 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
We are looking for an Sale & Marketing Operation Manager to lead and manage the admin team supporting the Sale & Marketing department in managing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, team management, and process optimization skills to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the team
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the Admin Team (3-5 members):
- Evaluate team performance and implement plans to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members responsible for ad resources, finance, DMCA content, and advertising partnerships.
- Ensure the team operates efficiently, meeting work targets and adhering to internal processes.
Project Management and Operations:
- Plan and coordinate internal projects, ensuring all tasks are executed on time and efficiently.
- Build and optimize operational processes for managing ad resources, financial operations, and content management.
Optimize and Manage Ad Resources:
- Ensure that all necessary ad resources (fanpages, pixels, ad accounts) are timely and appropriately allocated to the Performance Marketing team.
- Address issues related to ad accounts being disabled, restricted fanpages, and other resource management challenges.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and Performance Marketing to plan daily ad spend budgets for various campaigns.
- Monitor, control, and report on advertising expenses to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
Content and DMCA Compliance:
- Work with relevant teams to purchase licensed content (footage, KOLs) and ensure ad creatives do not violate copyright regulations.
- Monitor and resolve DMCA-related issues, including taking action when competitors infringe on your company’s content.
Develop Advertising Partnerships:
- Identify and engage with partners who provide advertising accounts, ensuring the safe and effective use of rented ad accounts.
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and explore new partnership opportunities.
