RESPONSIBILITIES
● Advise customers on tour services, hotels, tourist attractions and determine appropriate costs.
● Search and expand potential customer sources by going to the market or contacting via the internet, phone, fax, email, etc. to ensure maximum access to potential customers in the assigned tourism market.
● Introduce new tourism services that the company is applying such as: tourism programs, airline ticket sales, car rental, etc. to agencies, units, new customers, etc. to convince customers to use the company's services.
● Contact customers to promptly update information on service prices and promotional programs for customers
● Periodically show gratitude to regular customers (call to inquire, wish them a happy birthday, wish them a happy holiday, give promotional gifts, etc.) according to the direction of the board of directors to retain loyal customers.
● Provide advice on appropriate services, while flexibly changing some specific points to meet the needs and desires of customers; ensure successful negotiations
● Receive and promptly resolve situations arising in the area of responsibility within the scope of authority.
● Identify target markets, establish appropriate business plans and be responsible for developing the tourism market according to the assigned orientation
● Other sale/partner-related tasks as directed, assigned and required by the Board of Directors.
