Mô tả công việc

Assist the BC and Sales team on related sales and business development activities:
Collaborate with HR and Resource Manager to check resource availability, prepare CVs and send staffing sales packages (quote of ODC resources and CVs) to the clients/prospects.
Assign, schedule, track and update sales leads.
Work with finance and project teams to manage and track potential leads, contracts, proposals.
Collaborate with the presales team (BA and technical teams) to collect/analyze/clarify requirements, estimate and create the proposals/quotes.
Prepare and send professional, complete, and concise sales reports and related sales documents.
Schedule, host meetings with client/prospect or related teams, take meeting notes and follow up with the clients/prospects or related teams after the meeting.
Follow up with the financial team and the client on the invoicing and payment.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers.
Support marketing activities by creating content, designing posters, and keeping up an English social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

The Sales Admin is required to have the following skills and experience:
Graduated in the Business/Sales, or System Analysis & Design, or a related field.
At least 1-year experience with sales admin or assistant position
Good in English communication.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills and socialization skills
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Detail-oriented and persuasive.
Open mind, listening, proactive and dedicated.
Excellent time management.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willing to take on new challenges.
Experience with trader/consumer marketing and content marketing is a plus.
Good background knowledge with software development and business domains is a plus.
Experience with the global market is a plus.
