Mô tả công việc

Processing a high volume of paperwork:
+ Manipulate works with internal stock (transfer/ update & allocate promotion gift)
+ Create sales orders/ approvals, outcomes (sell-in as well as sell-out programs)
+ Other paperwork to net off AR for dealers: Monitor & tracking by email
+ Other paperwork to support salesmen
Coordinate with other departments for processes related to sales:
+ Work with F&A about sales orders, approvals, outcomes, invoices, AR
+ Work with logistics/ warehouse about stock, booking orders
+ Work with delivery agency (Newpost/ Logitem) to deliver goods to dealers
Manage stuffs related to sales:
+ Directly work with dealers about sales orders/ goods delivery/ AR/ payments
+ Manage El Hanoi showroom stock/ display stock (All national Dealers/ internal use stock)
+ Communicate with North Dealers for sales activities
+ Manage contracts, credit limit/ credit term
+ Tracking dealer PSI, make PO & provide solution to reduce channel stock and manage dealer stock limit
+ In charge to follow, report and remind sales team about sell-out achievement ratio of ALL dealers.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

• University graduation
• Have 02 years of experience in a similar position, master in office software systems, SAP
• Good communication skill and interpersonal.
• Ability to create plan & execute the plan
• Problem solving ability & ability to work under pressure
• Have experience in Camera product & Camera market is an advantage
