We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Winsun Group, a leading MCN (Multi-Channel Network) focused on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for social media and digital content. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and engagement strategies across the TikTok platform.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Manage and grow existing client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships with brands, influencers, and agencies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Collaborate with the content creation team to develop compelling and viral content.
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement on TikTok.
Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on campaign outcomes and sales performance.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Networking:
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Work closely with the social media and livestream teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
