1- Overall purpose
-Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become the company’s partners.
-In charge of propagating and developing sales channels (B2B) as company target
-Support franchise owners through frequent communications/ activities and necessary training.
-Understand Yamaha Music School Franchise Business and communicate well with partners
-Review and monitor the franchisee's performance, and support the franchisee in reaching the sale target
- Obtain market information/ research and analysis
2- Key responsibilities and duties
SALES (50%):
- Develop customer sources and list potential partners from various sources. Identify quality and consult potential customers, ensuring they can adapt to the quality decision process.
- Support to develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations
- Coordinate and support music school activities/events
- Prepare, make a contract, and maintain the relationship with a franchise owner
- Ensure overall effective, qualification & relationship management with music school partner
OPERATION (50%):
- Update franchise center-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use depending on the necessity.
- Maintain and analyze records of franchise center-level performance metrics and data with effective solutions
- Check and monitor the performance of dealers
- Execute company marketing activities and promotion campaigns
- Check inventories, monthly enrollment forecast, and facility maintenance
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
