Mô tả công việc

To expand our business, we are looking for a qualified candidate with following details:
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and that shipments are progressing as planned.
- Prepare and review all shipping documents, L/C to ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate with customers and related parties to gather all necessary information like shipping instructions, delivery time, booking details related to import/export shipment.
- Check and collect all logistics costs of shipment and update timely in the month.
- Maintain accurate records and files of all export/import documentation and related correspondence.
- Use FAST system to operate purchase & sales management.
- Coordinate with shipping agent to arrange booking and import-export procedure to deliver goods timely to customers.
- Work with Sales Team to resolve any issues/problems during shipment time.
